Welcome to our San Antonio, Hiatus

Our space is able to accommodate up to 8-10 guests with a sleeper sofa located in the living room, three bedrooms, two having queen-sized beds and the other, two spacious bunk beds. It is a one-story house with the exception of a low step in the front entrance and a set leading to the backyard. The driveway extends to the backyard, able to comfortably accommodate up to 5-6 cars with free, off-the-street parking.

• Early Check-in: Can be requested prior to your reservation for a fee of $15

• Late Check-out: Can be requested prior to the day of the reservation for a fee of $15. 

• Linen Services: Extra towels can be requested prior to your reservation if expected guest group will be above 5 or more. We provide 5 towels to groups 5 or less, one per each person, anything above that group amount has the option to request more towels for a fee of $15.

• Globe Trotter Service: We understand that guests feel like their last trip day is wasted mainly on packing and inhaling 8 am breakfast. We feel that way too, and since most hotels end our stays so abruptly, our team compiled a service together to extend that hospitality.  Our new service allows for our guests at San Antonio, Hiatus to house their luggage and continue exploring the city hassle-free! Pets and fees: 

• A maximum of 5 pets are permitted within the property
• There are no size or breed limitations
• Pet fees: $50 each pet 

Cleaning Services: 

• Short-stay cleaning fees apply to stays up to two days: $100
• Regular cleaning fees apply to stays 3 days and more: $120

• No smoking is permitted indoors, smoking is only allowed outside. Guests will be held liable to a $300 penalty fee if it is evident the rule was broken. 

• Guests will be held liable for stolen items or goods and will face a fee of $200 extra

• Guests will be held liable for damaged items and cost for damaged items will vary. Extra penalties will incur on top of the damaged items charge depending on the severity. 

• There is a quiet-zone period from 11pm-8am every day of each calendar year. We want our neighborhood to continue being safe and friendly, so we ask all guests to please respect our neighbors and their well-beings. 

• Check-in and Check-out times are strict, as guests are expected to arrive and depart within a reasonable time-frame. Guests are prohibited from occupying or loitering around the property before 3pm check-in and 11 am check-out.

• Trash MUST be thrown away in the designated trash bins located throughout the house, or within the bins located to the left side of the shed in the backyard. 

• All dirty linen may be piled effectively near the laundry room door. This allows our cleaners to quickly wash everything and go!
